Hi Chris
I got a promotional email from davinci team, and i want to unlock a couple of phones - however, i have tried to enter the code in the appropriate box at the checkout but it does not take off the 10% ( I followed it through to the paypal payment page to check)

Any ideas?

Please see this page for a new code and try that - perhaps your code was invalidated for some reason, the code you retrieve from that page should do the trick

Let me know if not!
