![]() | hello, Can anyone help me? everytime i try and sign into the cilent it tells me username/password incorrent, please try again! yet i know my username and password fine as i can log into my account on the website fine!. has anybody else had this problem!? i purchased credits to flash/unbrand/rebrand my sony ericsson x10 i see on the DVT cilent it asks for proxy settings - host - user - pass!?? |

The client is not requesting your username/email but rather your customer ID and chosen password - if you are seeing an error about incorrect details but rest assured that the details you're entering are incorrect. Use the password recovery page if you've forgotten your password; otherwise note the particular details the client is requesting and also that your password is case-sensitive.
