K850i not flashing

Hi, I lodged a support ticket for this 2 weeks ago but got no reply.

I purchased a K850i a month ago & 2 weeks ago it started acting up, eventually getting to the point where I turned it on for the last time & the num pad was the only thing that lit up. I searched the net & everywhere I looked recommended here.
I have read all the faqs/threads on K850i I could find here and my situation seems to be only getting worse.
This is part of my log I saved (exact same thing happened 3 times after with different fw's)

I then read that some K850i's need to have the numbers 2 & 5 held down when plugging cable in instead of "C"

This is the error I have been receiving since that. Going by past experience with flashing devices I'm guessing its well & truly bricked now

Finally today I just received a new battery in the mail and tried again (getting same result as last time).

Im sure I have done everything right from the first attempt.. full battery, no cards in etc. but am having no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
