| a girl at my work told me last week that a few of her friends with the K700 had been having a problem where the phone had randomly been deleting telephone numbers from contacts - i hadnt heard of this yet so thought she was making it up or her friends were useless with their phones.... ....that was until yesterday when i went to call one of my firends, there contact was there but the telephone number had disappeared and i know i havent deleted it! has anyone else experienced this? Cheers J |

![]() | Deleting Numbers J, I can't say I have but I have heard on this forum some people having problems with contacts and having the same numbers for different contacts. I like I said, I've no seen anything like this on my phone, but am getting a little sick and tired of problems cropping up on the K700. I've never know a phone have so many problems, but then again all my other phones have been nokia's. Anyone experiencing this?

| Hi to be fair to the phone i have been a little suprised at the amount of little faults that have been found with the software, but then again it doesnt bother me too much as most of them can be resolved by a simple firmware upgrade - the phone is an excellent phone but i just wanted to check if anyone else had experienced this problem incase it wasnt a firmware issue and was just my phone |

![]() | i had that problem when adding numbers - sometimes it would save the contact but not the numbers i entered and i ended up going back through checking about 130 contacts. Not impressed. However, haven't noticed it since - possibly just the once.

![]() | Spooks! I did have various random problems when I originally copied my contacts into my phone, but wasn't sure whether it was the synchronising software or the phone. Certainly nothing I could recreate time after time and not had any problems recently. |
