  | W810 Keyboard Foil Problems Introduction Due to assembly problems at the supplier of the Keyboard Foil (SXA 109 6331), some Keyboard foils produced before week 13 are faulty. This causes bad connections on the joypad and keypad of W810. Solution All old Keyboard Foil's prior to production week 13 (W613) should NOT be used. Make sure the Keyboard Foil is marked with production week 13 (W613) or later. The production week can be found printed on the back side of the Keyboard Foil, see attached picture. To solve thee problem replace the Keyboard Foil (SXA 109 6331) with a new one. The correct Keyboard foils can be ordered from the Web Shop by the end of this week (W616).
